Fast, reliable and secure deliveries to our customers is our main priority, so all our deliveries are sent securely via AnPost. To receive your order, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery during the hours of 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

DIFFUSION.ie offer free secure delivery on all orders over €100 dispatched within Ireland.

Delivery charges will apply on all orders dispatched abroad and will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and to enable you to track your delivery we will provide you with an AnPost tracking number within your dispatch email. Please copy and paste the tracking number into AnPost's tracking system ‘Track and Trace’ to follow your item through the final stages of this process.

It's very simple, if your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you have 14 days (7 days for sale items) from receipt of your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund.

For all Republic of Ireland orders you can use the returns service operated by An Post. A fee of €3.95 applies per parcel for all returns. To avail of the An Post returns service, please go to Return My Shopping. Follow the simple instructions on how to return your item(s) and print your An Post label. You will need access to a printer to use this service. Please follow these steps: 

• Please use the original packaging and return the item(s) in its original condition, unused, with garment tags and 'do not remove tag' still attached. 
• Please note items must be returned within the 14 day (7 days for sale items) time-frame and be in a saleable condition. 
• Ensure there are no other labels attached to your package and place your printed An Post label on the parcel.
• Bring the parcel to your local Post Office ensuring to present it at the counter to the clerk and ask for a receipt.
• Please retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed as DIFFUSION.ie will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
• Once we have received your returns it will generally take up to 5 working days for your card to be refunded, depending on your card issuer.
