We ship worldwide from Dublin, Ireland. All orders include a tracking number which is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time: 1–2 working days
Free delivery on orders over €200
Northern Ireland & UK – €14
(An Post → Royal Mail)
Delivery time: 5–7 working days
Customs charges may apply.
EU – €15
(An Post → Local Carrier)
Delivery time: 5–10 working days
No extra customs charges within the EU.
USA & Canada – €22
Delivery time: approx. 10 working days
Customs charges may apply.

Calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday.
Orders placed after midday, or over weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your An Post tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

All garment tags, including the “do not remove” tag, must be attached.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds (exchange only, subject to availability).

Exchanges
If you need a different size, or your item arrived damaged, email info@diffusion.ie or WhatsApp 086 011 1615 and return the item to our Sutton Cross address above.
Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit once the return is received.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
