Or follow our simple step by step guide:

• Select the size and colour you require and click 'ADD TO CART'.
• You can continue shopping and add additional items to your shopping cart or click 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'.
• Review the products in your shopping cart and remember to check the size and colour.  Once you are happy that everything is correct click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'.
• Enter your email & delivery address.  Click 'CONTINUE TO DELIVERY METHOD'.
• Check your delivery address is correct then click 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD'.
• Enter your credit card details & billing address if it differs from the delivery address. Then click 'REVIEW ORDER'.
• Once you are happy everything is correct with your order then submit it.
• We will send you an order confirmation email detailing your purchases.
• Payment will be deducted when your shipment is on its way to you.

Having an account on DIFFUSION.ie is not essential, but it allows you to:

• Track your orders and review your previous order.
• Shop without re-entering your address.
• Manage your delivery addresses and email settings.
• Be the first to know about upcoming sales and promotions.

To reset your password, click 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' on the LOGIN page. Enter your email address and we will send you an email so you can reset your password and start shopping again.

For a little more help, you can ASK KATE to email your query directly to our customer service. 

If an item is available to purchase, you will be able to select your size and add it to your shopping cart. Products on DIFFUSION.ie can be snapped up quickly and can still be bought by another customer even if the item is in your shopping cart. So to avoid disappointment don't delay and proceed to checkout.

We accept VISA debit and credit card or MASTERCARD debit or credit card. We process all online payments via STRIPE. The STRIPE processing service supports cards with a Payment Network logo, including credit and debit. STRIPE will only process cards that have been authorized by the applicable card issuer.

Credit card information is never stored by DIFFUSION.ie.  All card details are encrypted and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s system STRIPE.

DIFFUSION.ie has an online presence only. However occasionally we operate a Pop Up store. If you would like to visit one of our Pop Up stores then please email your details to info@diffusion.ie and we will add you to our PoP Up notification list.
