Our sell-out Kate Boot is back. Crafted in Portugal in a soft black suede, this high ankle boot combines timeless style with all-day comfort. The stacked toe and block heel create stability, making them surprisingly wearable for a 4-inch heel.

Versatile and chic, they work year-round — pair them with long skirts and dresses this season, or keep it classic with black jeans and a cosy oversized knit.

Note:

Our black suede boots are made from premium dyed suede, giving them their rich, deep color. When new, a small amount of dye may transfer onto your hands or clothing — this is completely natural with genuine suede and will reduce over time.

To help minimise transfer, we recommend gently brushing your boots with a suede brush before wearing them, and applying a suede protector spray we would highly recommend. After a few wears, the colour will settle and colour  transfer reduces. 

Please avoid wearing these boots in the rain as it can damage suede.

They have a small fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up a size — for example, if you usually wear size 5½, take size 6

DIFFUSION.ie use An Post Express for deliveries, and parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Please note,  An Post do not provide deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.  Orders placed from midday Friday and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday period will take an extra day for delivery.

WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Fast, reliable and secure deliveries to our customers is our main priority, so all our deliveries are sent securely via AnPost. To receive your order, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery during the hours of 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Standard secure delivery charges on orders within the Republic of Ireland are €8. Delivery is free on orders over €200

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and to enable you to track your delivery we will provide you with an AnPost tracking number within your dispatch email. Please copy and paste the tracking number into AnPost's tracking system ‘Track and Trace’ to follow your item through the final stages of this process.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS?

It's very simple, if your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund.

Please Note: There is no returns or refunds on sale items

For all Republic of Ireland order, we recommend returning your goods using An Post registered post service. Please use the original packaging and return the item(s) in its original condition, unused, with garment tags and 'do not remove tag' still attached. Here's how to return:

  • On your order invoice you will find a returns address label that can be used for to return your parcel. Please secure this to the front of your parcel.
  • Ensure there are no other labels attached to your package.
  • Bring the parcel to your local Post Office ensuring to present it at the counter and ask for the Registered post service.
  • Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until your refund has been processed as DIFFUSION.ie will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
  • Once we have received your returns it will generally take up to 5 working days for your card to be refunded, depending on your card issuer.
