If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
Please return items in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all garment tags still attached.
Use the original packaging where possible.
Attach the returns label on the back of your dispatch note.

How do I use Store Credit?
You can use store credit as a payment method at checkout when you log into your customer account or use Shop Pay.
To log into your account, click the profile icon in the menu.
Sign in with the same email address you used when you made the purchase.
You should see your store credit in your profile.
When you proceed to checkout, you will see Store Credit as a payment type. You can use it to pay for the items in your cart if it's enough, or you can pay the balance with another payment type.
