We ship worldwide from Dublin, Ireland. All orders include a tracking number which is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after midday, or over weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

• All garment tags must be attached.

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds (exchange or store credit only, subject to availability).

• Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, or your item arrived damaged, email info@diffusion.ie or WhatsApp 086 011 1615 and return the item to our Sutton Cross address above.

Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit once the return is received.

If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

How to Return

1. Please return items in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all garment tags still attached.

2. Use the original packaging where possible.

3. Attach the returns label on the back of your dispatch note.

5. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Diffusion cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
